Question: How many calories should I eat in breakfast!?

I'm trying to loose fat on my thighs and legs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
350-400 because it is your most important meal of the day!.

If you have denser foods in the morning your energy will be higher throughout the day!.

Some of my favorites:
-Egg Whites with 1 cup of dark green vegetables (spinach, peas, broccoli)
- Blueberry Smoothie (soy milk, blueberries, non fat plain yogurt, ice)
- yogurt, banana, 1 peice whole wheat toast with peanut butter!.
- Raspberries and Blackberries with 2 cups of soy milk!.

try not to eat the same thing everyday, you're setting yourself up for failure!. Try to keep your body guessing and you're lifestyle could last your life like it is supposed to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
