Help with the 2,4,6,8 diet??!


Question: Help with the 2,4,6,8 diet!?!?
I started 2 ,4,6,8 today!.!. I did 2 hours on the tredmill , one hour hour on stationary bike and a few weights and squats!. I was planning on doing 3 more hours of cardio but i'm so tierd as i've only had an apple so far!.!. and i dont think i can exercise anymore, so i wont have anything else today!.

Do you think the lack of cals rules out the rest of my exercise I was suppose to do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

the 2468, aka the rainbow diet is a dangerous plan and should NOT be taken into consideration!. Doing this will could cause you to develop anorexic behaviors which can lead to an addiction, I would suggest cutting all soda and junk food from your diet and add some exercise!. I would also suggest consuming atleast 1200 calories a day and an hour or so of exersize!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
