Starting diet tomorrow what shall i eat?!

Question: Starting diet tomorrow what shall i eat!?
hiya, i want to start a diet tomorrow morning because i have been controlling what i eat for the last few months but then ive started getting into bad habits again over the last few weeks and ive put weight back on!.

it really is my own fault, i didnt do any fad diets i just got bored and pigged out on the weekends!.

i need some motivation and meal plans etc because i really wanna tone up in 6-8 weeks time for my holiday and i want to shift those extra pounds!.

and i have a big sweet tooth so if anyone can think of any healthy sweet alternatives to a cadburys dairy milk id be reallt really grateful

i also dont have alot of time to prepare meals so id like simple ideas as im a student and something that i can find in any supermarket and isnt incredibly expensive

Answers:
Make loads of thick, fat free soup - leeks, carrots, turnip etc, made with Knorr chicken stock powder!.

Have a bowl of chopped carrots in iced water in the fridge

Put some dates in the freezer - taste like toffee (eat them frozen)

Bowl of cinnamon grahams when you have a sweet tooth

My favorite healthy sweets are pretty simple but delicious!. Just take your favorite fruits (I do apples, oranges, grapes, pineapples, and canteloupe) cut them up and make a fruit salad!. The many flavors combines together is STUPENDOUS! ;)

Just replacing pizza and red meat with turkey, chicken, tuna, and tortillas can make a big difference, too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Less then before!. If you just do that it won't be too much of a struggle!. Try and avoid high fat food!. Lots of veg and natural produce!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The obvious fruit during the day and maybe breakfast cereal or vegetables would be an idea to replace a cooked / fatty dinner!? Good luck with this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Like my mother in law will keep telling me, Salad, fruit, and veg!. It will make you regular!. I tell her I'm not a bloody rabbit!. But maybe she has a point!.!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well instead of having sweet things, you can substitute it for fruit!.
Cut up different kinds and you could even mix some diet 7up in there and have a delicious fruit salad!.

Meal plan-
~Breakfast:3 egg whites, piece of whole grain toast, half a grapefruit
~Snack 1: Cottage cheese with fruit mixed in
~Lunch: Tuna salad wrapped in big leaves of lettuce, side of whole grain rice
~Dinner: Boneless, skinless chicken breast with lemon juice sprinkled on it (you can buy some already cooked and packaged chicken breast and all you have to do is heat it up), salad with light dressing, and a serving of fruit
~Snack 2: Yogurt and a granola bar!.
This is just one simple meal plan that doesnt take much time to prepare!.

Remember, it isn't what you eat, it's how much you eat!. Make sure you only have the serving size of whatever you choose to eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
