Day one: food. day two: no food?!


Question: Day one: food!. day two: no food!?
or at least this is how i feel!. one day I will be obsessed with food!. I just want to eat everything all day!. the next day or so I couldn't care less about it!. but i force myself to on those days because i hear if you don't eat at least 1200 cal/day you will go into starvation mode and to me starvation mode would be recipe for disaster on those eating days!. question is: What causes this!? is this normal!? how do i handle it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

its normal!.!.!.at least I think it is!.!.!.it happens to me a lot too, I will go for like a week and eat everything in sight and I never feel full, and then I will wake up one morning and look at the fridge and go!.!.!.ew!.!.!.soooo not hungry!. The whole cal thing!.!.!.I dont think going a couple days without eating 1200 cal will make you go into starvation mode!.!.!.I think if you go a few days without eating anything at all will but I dont think you have to eat a lot everyday!.!.!.I will go some days only eating a 6 inch sub and I am good to go!.!.!.!.and some days I'll eat a large pizza on my own and still be hungry (yes its possible lol!.!.!.i went to reach for another slice and I was like!.!.!.damn!.!.!.its gone) no worries!.!.!.we are human and humans eat when they are hungry!.!.!.or bored!.!.!.or depressed!.!.!.haha

thats how my boyfriend eats!. i say, just listen to your body and eat when you're hungry and don't eat when you're not hungry!. eat a snack if ur bored or something ya kno but if you're not hungry for a day because you ate so much the day before, then whatever do what makes your body feel best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
