Question: What would happen if I ate like this!?
I'm not saying I'm doing or have done this!? I am just curious!. What if I really only ate something small (say an orange or apple or some crackers or something) only when I was really really hungry!? say for like a week then went back to normal like I eat now *relatively healthy!.!.I try anyways* Would this cause weight loss!? if so would it be healthy because I am just listening to my body!? any info would be great!. thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

your body would actually go into carbohydrate loading, so then when you returned to normal you would eat alot of carbs, and then end up gaining weight for basically what the first person said!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
your metabolism would become completely unbalanced,if you did this!.when you go back to your regular eating,your metabolism would not be working as well as it is now!.this is called ''yo-yo''dieting!.eat healthy and forget this idea!.exercise about 20 minutes a day!.you''ll be fine!. god bless you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
forget it!.!.if you are not gonna get permanent results,why go on it in the 1st place!?build a diet yourself 4 yourself to melt off unwanted fat and stay fit 4 life using moderate portions of foods you can tolerate!.!.!.thats what i call smart dieting!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
