Smoking and weight loss?!


Question: Smoking and weight loss!?
Ok, so i KNOW smoking isn't a method of weight lose, but I was wondering if it does have any weight loss effects!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

To loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:

eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep


the example eat menu :

Breakfast

Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry!. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

Lunch

Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable!. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery!.

Dinner

Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower!. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken!. Garlic flavor string bean!. Salad green French!.

I had to stop smoking and from my personal experience smoking just calmed my nerves!. So if you over eat because you use food as comfort food like anything when your upset well people will smoke when they're upset or when their stress level goes up!.I mean you can go outside and calm your cigarette craving or munch on some chips!.Cigarette smoking can cause all kinds of illnesses even death like cancer or blood clotting in a matter of months if you're on the pill!.If you started that you now have a whole new set of problems to worry about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some people say it does, but those people are truly addicts!. Smoking has nothing to do with weight loss or weight gain!. The people who say it makes you lose weight are people who eat tons and tons when they don't have a cigarette!. Don't take up smoking, it is the worst thing you can do to yourself!. When i smoked it killed my appetite, so it was easier to stay away from the food!. When I stopped smoking I gained a lot and then i started to smoke again!. But it didn't f!.!.!.!.!.ng helped!. Sorry girl, I don't think it will help!.

yeah!. i smoke on n off!. everytime i smoke i totally dont want to eat!. smoking like fills up my stomach somehow!. it gets rid of cravings and really does succeed in weight loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it has no direct relations of loosing weight!. I think you are thinking of when some people stop smoking they gain a lot of weight, and that is just because they replace smoking with eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

From what I have heard!.!.!.yes!.!.!.because you crave the nicotine more than food!. But this lady I work with smokes and eats all of the time!. She's tall and thin!. I heard marijuana is likely to do that too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
