Question: What should i eat!? help make me meal & snack plans 10 points!?
hi im a female 5'5 and 130 pounds i have a big belly and love handles w/ summer comming and im starting college i want to lose weight and get in shape and be healthy problem is im not sure what to eat and drink so i eand up eatting junk food

so what do i eat

can you make me some meal plans please

Add crystal light to your water if you don't like it plain!. Diet Green Tea is good too!. I drink Arizona!.

These are some ideas!. One or a couple of each example, not everything, lol!.

breakfast: oatmeal, whole wheat bagel with low fat cream cheese, cereal, orange juice, hard boiled egg, peanut butter on whole wheat toast, lean pockets, coffee with splenda, special k granola bar (90 cals)

snacks: mini babybel light cheese, special k granola bars, low fat yogurt, fruit, 100 calorie packs (just about everyone makes them now)

lunch: lean cuisine/weight watchers frozen entrees, low fat turkey sandwiches with reduced fat cheese and tomato, soup, wheat pasta with lean ground beef meat sauce

dinner: salad with tuna packed in olive oil with low fat feta cheese and tomato & low fat dressing, you can also make the same salad with a hard boiled egg or even ground beef, tuna/grilled chicken with brown rice, again whole wheat pasta with lean ground beef meat sauce, whole wheat wrap with lean meats and low fat cheese

I also have a Hershey's Kiss after lunch and dinner to satisfy my chocolate cravings!.

No soda and no fruit juices, most fruit juices are loaded with sugar!. OJ is ok in the morning!. I think they now have a low sugar one!. If possible buy the six pack singles, it's easier to keep track of portions that way!.

Take a look at soups!. A lot of them are low cal!. and can be a filling part of a meal!. Add more salads to your meals!. Instead of drowning the salad in dressing, put the dressing in a small cup and dip a forkful for the flavor!. You'll be surprised how much you don't use!. When you go out to eat, order off the "Senior menu"!. The portions are smaller and you will save a couple bucks!. At home, drink a full 8 ounce glass of water before your meal!. Ad soup and salad!. ONE serving of everything!.

Avoid diet drinks like the plague!. Same with "Sport drinks"!. If you need a sweet drink, make some unsweetened Jasmine iced tea!. If you have to have it sweeter, add honey, not refined sugar!. Avoid artificial sweeteners!.

Snacks!. !. !., dumb as it sounds, I keep a supply of salad croutons handy A couple mouthfuls and I'm thirsty (they are just dry toast), so I guzzle a glass of my iced tea!. Then I feel "full", because the dry toast swells!. !. !.

Start walking!. Everywhere you can!. When I noticed that my new desk job had put 20 extra pounds on me, this is what I did!. I lived 14 miles from my job!. I started parking my car a mile from the office and walking the rest of the way!. By the second week, I parked two miles away!. I lost that 20 pounds pretty quick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
