Question: Weight Q: Like my body but I want the "abs"!.!.!.!?
I'm height/weight/size proportionate, all I want to do is tone!. I'm just right, flat stomach, but summer's coming and I want 'the abs'!. Any suggestions!? Note: I jog an hour a day and I hate crunches (I don't do them)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The key to a toned stomach and an overall toned body is consuming less calories per day, a very strict diet, resistance training, and many reps w/ light weights!. Eat protein and omega-3's like tuna, salmon, eggwhites, flax, lean meats, fish, poultry, nuts, seeds and legumes, and healthy carbs like fruits, vegetables and whole grains!. Protein shakes are effective but can make you bloated!. Also eat 5-6 small meals per day and the meals should include a protein, a complex carb and a good fat (ex!.protein= eggwhites or lean meat, comp!. carb= small apple, and good fat= a palm-size of walnuts)!. Increase your aerobic/cardio activity by 30 minutes and if you stick to it, you can tone quickly in 1-2 months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Abs are down to body fat levels and genetics,some people have the genetics to have fantastic abs just as some people are tall etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
