hey i wanna learn to make my behind more toned so what exercises do i do to make it tighter or whatever. and plzz teach me


Answers:

Squats/lunges.
Using a bar (with or without weight) on shoulders, with feet at shoulder width apart and squat down, keeping back straight.
Lunges using bar again, take one step and bend at knee, then straighten and place foot back to start pos. Now do other leg. Alternate each leg.
