Why do i feel bad?

i know its ok to eat junk once in a while, but the past couple of days ive eaten lots of junk and sugary items. Yesterday i ate 2 slices of yellow cake with confetti sprinkles, and buttermilk icing, and today my mom made me eat 3 cups of that fiber one cereal honey clusters. i know i maybe over reacting, but i feel like i may eat junk tomorrow agian. i am trying to gain weight but in a good healthy way, and tips

Try a protein rich diet! It sounds like you are overeating because you gave these foods up for awhile. It's ok to indulge in sweets every now and then but it's all about self control and moderation.
