Question: I need to tone up my stomach!. Any tips!?
alright, so in the past few months,
ive gained alot of weight,
and i mean ALOT!.
i dont even fit into my jeans anymore!.
so i want to tone up mainly my stomach,
but preferably everything!.

im 13, and im 5'6"!.
i dont really have a chance to work out,
but i lift weights when i can!.

are there any workouts,
any thing i can do to tone up as fast as possible!?

ps please dont tell me i dont need to lose weight,
im too young,
i just wanna fit into my clothes

If you do 100 sit ups like every other hour you should drop some weight!.!.i know it sounds like alot but if you do it in like sets of 10's then you should be fine!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start running!. That is the only thing that will cause you to REALLY burn that fat off!.
Lifting weights will help, but if you don't incorporate cardiovascular activities into it, then all you'll be doing is building muscle UNDER fat which, in turn, will cause you to look fatter than you are!.

If you honest to god don't have time (WHICH IS A LIE; YOU HAVE TIME!! There is NO way, at 13, you don't have time) you need to figure out how many calories you're consuming a day, then cut off 500 calories!.
For example, if you are eating 2,500 calories a day, make it 2000!. After a week you'll already see results with the scale!. (if you cut 500 a day, for a week, you will lose roughly one pound!.!.3000 calories=one pound)!.
Slowly cut calories down after that to keep losing weight til you hit your desired goal!.
Since you're young, you probably have a high metabolism, so you might not even need to work out if you just cut your calorie intake!. Eat veggies and fruits! Those would help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm going through the same situation but I'm even younger than you, I'm 11!. Anyway, what you can do is lay on the floor and do the bicycle, do crunches, sit-ups!. If you have a partner then you could lay on the floor while the other person stand above you then you will take your legs and pull them straight up and the person above you will grad you ancles and push them down!.!.!.do that for a while!. I've been doing those things for like 2 weeks and I can already see a difference in my stomach!Www@Answer-Health@Com

ya i think you should doing a sit up 100 time per day and make a diet to but don't try to kill yourself by didn't eat anything!.!.!.just eat salad's,vegetarian sandwich, fresh milk and if you wanna eat an egg you must it white egg don't eat the yellow egg!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do crunches for your tummy, eat healthy and keep lifting weights!. You can also do squats for your butt and thighs!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know how you feel, I am 13 too and I am like UUUUGHHH! becuase I am so bloated and I am like 50 million inches outward!. Why cant we just wake up and be a size 0!?!?!?!?

Lifting weights stresses your body!.!.!.if you don't eat right and sleep enough it will actually cause you to gain weight!. I have been health concious for 20+ years now and this is what works for me!. Sleep 9 hours a day!. Eat ONLY 2 three good meals a day (NO SNACKS)!.!.!.at each meal you can eat all you want, but you are not allowed to have snacks!.!.!.DRINK lots of water!.!.!.don't take any supliments or diet pills!.!.!.THEY DO NOT WORK!. Try not to eat too much junk food!.!.!.eat some meat and eat some carbs, get some fat (I like peanut butter)!.!.!.but try to avoid alot of sugar (especially sugar substitutes and fructose)!.!.!.also don't eat 4 hours before bedtime (you will probably feel hungry!.!.!.and that is good!.!.!. that means you are loosing weight)!. If you want to look REAL good then walk, jog and run!.!.!.!.do some situps, pushups, chinups, squats without weight!.!.!.just move!.!.!.the more you move the better you will feel and look!. This is different than what most people would suggest, but it will work the best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I can help on both wants!.
You want to shed pounds everywhere!.!.and tone your stomach!.
We'll start with the stomach toning!.!.(note that if you want to fit into your old clothes, you have to lose weight almost everywhere, especially your thighs,legs,and hips!.
Okay, so for your stomach thing!.!.!.
Before you do anything exercising wise,eat half a grapfruit before every workout!.
This will help you lose 25% more calories!.
The most simple way to lose weight in your hips, is to hoola-hoop!.
here's another exercise that will definatley work :
Lie on your back,with your hands tucked behind your back,raise your legs,and slowly lower them without touching the ground!.
Do this 10 times every hour or so!.!.
You will get used to it, and eventually you could be able to do about 30 a day!.
Jogging helps a lot, especially if you're with someone,or have a mp3 or ipod handy!.
Jog for about 30-45 minutes twice a day!.
When taking the bus, (OC transpo)
[if you do] get off a stop or 2 early!.!. And walk the rest of the way!.
Little things like that, will make a huge difference!.
Don't eat heavy foods after 6-7;30pm, instead have a healthy vegtable salad, for snack, or a homemade banana milkshake, with no sugar added!.
For breakfast have a boiled egg,and a piece of fruit!.
For lunch,have a healthy sandwich,and milk!.
And for dinner,try to have soup,subway!.!.something low in fat!.
And inbetween have snacks, like cereal bars,low fat yogurt,fruit!.
Make sure you exercise,everyday!
Eating healthy is good,but burning and getting your heart pumped aswell, is perfect!.
Make sure you keep yourself motivated,and when you feel out of breath, take a short break, and continue what you were doing right after!.
When you're jogging, if you feel you need to have a break,don't!.!. instead speed walk,or just walk!.
Focus on losing weight, but don't make it become an obssesion!.
