Question: Will This Give Me a Flat Stomach !?
Right now, I'm 4'11" and 98 lbs!.
Will this workout give me a flat stomach and nice abs!? And how long will it take!?
- 8 Minute Abs Everyday

I say yes just dont diet too much and eat 3 healthy meals per day since your metabolism seems higher than most peoples!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all, you seem pretty normal, even skinny!.
but everyone wants to lose weight!.
and as that 8 minute ab workout!? i totally did that too! it kinda helps, as long as you run/walk which you are planning on doing!.
getting a 6-pack will definately be tough!.
but as long as you want to be a little more defined, your workout seems perfect!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The routine along with dropping the junk food and sodas will work!. At only 98 lbs it should already be flat!.!.!.eat some food, workout and don't worry about it!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
