Pilates...?!


Question: Pilates!.!.!.!?
In your experience, does it actually do anything!?
I've had a DVD set of it for at least 2 years and I've used it on and off- but I've never really noticed any change!.
Am I doing it wrong, or is it just really simple!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know a lot of people will disagree with me, but Pilates builds some stomach muscle, maybe some in the back, but otherwise, it's not really great exercise for anything else!. It's not really cardio, and it doesn't build muscle anywhere else!. It was originally meant for dancers in physical therapy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pilates does work especially to give you great abs, but you have to be consistent with it just like any other excercise program!.

If you do it enough, you'll notice overall strength in your core (lower back and abs)!. Keep up with it, don't give up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
