Question: Motivational help please!!!(PIctureee included) 10 points 4 best!?
Well, i have been on my 1,200-1,500 cal!. diet for about one week and can see a BIT of difference, but not enough to keep me motivated!. I do 1 hour or more of cardio a day (except maybe sundays) and 15-20 minutes of ab work everyday!. I am 5'9 and weigh 132 pounds, 15 yrs old!. I reallllllly want to drop 15-20 pounds by june 12th!.!.!.is it possible!? Please don't tell me not to lose weight!.!.i want to!
Any tips on how to stay motivated!?
This is the kind of body i want!.!.i have a small frame so i know i can acheive it!.

you can definitely do it, besides the calories, I would watch your nutritional values, keep up the cardio, maybe put a lot of effort into the cardio all the time, the ab work sounds good, maybe extend it a wee bit

and yes it is possible and I see no reason you cant drop 15 by june 12th, which is the day school gets out!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could probably go to the sauna for a week or two and lose all those pounds with keeping your same workout and diet, or just the diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I understand how you feel!. I am only 5'5 but I had that body thru my teen years and up until I was 26!. Now I'm almost 28 and Ive gained like 20 lbs over the past couple years from a desk job and birthcontrol!.!.!. I am TRYING to get that body back!.!.!. it was great when people told me how thin I was and were jealous! I am missing my little tiny body and finding it hard to lose weight!.


Everytime I'm tempted to snack or overeat!.!.!. I just tell myself how GUILTY and BAD I feel after i eat that junk!. I think how good it will feel to have that body and think no food is worth it!!!!

Whenever I feel like snacking at home, going and working out instead, takes away my hunger!.!.!. and on top of that burns calories instead of gaining more from eating!.!.!.

Make working out your obsession!.!.!. it will make you less hungry!. !.!.after you work out, you will feel more guilty about eating and erasing it, and wont eat as much from that too!!

I am miserable being on a strict diet, so I allow myself to eat a lil more but work out A LOT!!!!!

If you ever go out for mexican or have margaritas, please give me some advice with my question!? Thanks!
