How many calories should i cut off to lose weight?!


Question: How many calories should i cut off to lose weight!?
i did the calorie calculator thingy and they said i need to eat 1991 calories to maintain my weight!. im eighteen years old, five three in a half short, and i weigh around 110-111 pounds the last time i checked!. i try to eat 1991 calories but i never feel hungry!. i wana lose 5 pounds and tone my body up!. so how much calories should i eat to lose the weight!? im totally confused!. but yeah, i think it might be kind of impossible because i only consume about 970 calories a day!. i never consume over 1000!. so i need advice!. also, if i dont consume how much my body needs will i gain weight!. i never hungry!!!

Your body is stuck in a kind of starvation mode, so you won't be able to lose weight properly, not that you need it to begin with!. Under 1000 calories is not acceptable, even for the laziest/ most inactiver of people!. 1200/day is the absolute minimum for a completely sedentary lifestyle, just to maintain!. If you want to lose 5 lbs, which again, you have no need to do, EAT MORE, don't be discouraged if at first you gain a few, and start doing some cardio and some targeted toning exercises for wherever you think you need it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Assuming no strenuous exercise you need about 10 calories per pound of body weight to maintain it!. For you that's about 1000-1100 calories per day!. For weight loss!.!.!.!.each pound is 3000 calories less than needed to maintain your weight!. So consume 300 calories less per day to lose 1 pound in 10 days or increase your exercise to use up 3000 calories in a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

here is what my dietician recommends - follow a practical diet!. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb, 25% protein!. eat 900 gms of veggies a day!. Start your meal with a big salad or soup!. have a snack every three hours!. fruit (ideally berries) or soy nuts!. just 2 tablespoons of soya nuts subside hunger pangs !. substitute white bread and rice with brown!. lose one kilo a week!. that is the ideal!.
Pick an exercise regime you like!. then you are likely to stick to it!. buy a pedometer, and take 10,000 steps a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you consume so little calories, you might not have the energy you need if you raise your physical activity!.

I found this on this website!. There are more tips and info!.

1!. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure!.

2!. Totally avoid caffine at least for the first two weeks on the program!.

3!. Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of plain water or seltzer daily!.

4!. Don't weigh yourself more than once a week

5!. Take starting measurements as well as weight - sometimes you'll lose inches before pounds

6!. Avoid any type of "low carb" sweetener for the first two weeks

7!. Don't compare your loss to someone else's - this is a YMMV thing (your milage may vary)

8!. Stalls are common around the third week so don't panic

9!. If you follow your plan to the T and don't lose, consider Candida as a possibility and avoid vinegar, cheese, mushrooms and any other fermented food

10!. Have bloodwork done before starting so you have a comparison

11!. Cholesterol can be elevated in the first few weeks til your body adjusts - make sure your doctor knows that you're doing low carb and when you started
