Im so hungry?!
Question: Im so hungry!?
ok i feel im gonna overeat
its nearly two oclock and ive already had
a small bowl of porridge (approx 200 Kcal)
a medium bowl of cornflakes
a muller light yogurt (100 Kcal per tub)
baked beans on toast (2 slices of toast and a whole tin of beans)
a plum
drinks wise, i had 2 coffees (one teaspoon of sugar and a little milk)
i probably eat too much already but i feel REALLY HUNGRY
if someone could tell me wether ive eaten too much
and if not how many more calories can i eat if i want to maintain my weight
im male, 18 , 5 feet 10 , 63 Kg and i do 150 minutes of walking a day for exercise, though today i walked to the supermarket and did my shopping, the whole thing took about 1 hour!.

But honestly, you should have 2000 calories (Kcal) a day!. Given that you should already have breakfast and lunch, 500 kcal is a little low!. I don't know how much you plan to eat for dinner, but eating more to stop hunger is a good thing!.
Also, if you wait till you are hungry to eat, you increase your chances of over eating!. It's better to stretch your calorie content over the period of the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your fine! I just got off my diet yesterday, so today I ate some chips and dip, a bowl of cereal, and one and a half doghnuts! My food is alot unhealthier than yours!Www@Answer-Health@Com
