Is it possible for me to lose 59 lbs in 52 days?!


Question:

Is it possible for me to lose 59 lbs in 52 days?

If so, what is the healthiest and best way to do it? I plan on slowing my weight loss down after that. We have a big function and I want to lose weight for that. I also figure it will give me a big boost to lose all the weight I want, which is about 120 lbs. total. I would appreciate any advice on this. Also if you know of the best supplements to take as far as vitamins and such go, that would be great also. Thank you for any help with this.

It is possible, but it would be pretty hard.But you could eat very healthy and go on a diet, excersise most of your day.One of my friends sisters had her prom and she bought a dress and it was smaller then her actual size and she had one month left until prom, and she ate fruits and veggies,and milk and water and went jogging with some friends, then when she got home me and her sister watched a movie while she was on the treadmill and then she would turn up her music and dance for one hour. Then at the end she would take a nice bath then feel better and let her muscles relax. By the end of the month she lost 18 pounds, and she fit her dress great. So if you set your mind to anything you can do it. So remember eat healthy, excersize, keep a water bottle with you and stay highdrated, and have fun. Godo Luck :)
