Question: My legs are fat and not in shape what exercises can i do to losse the leg fat and get them in shape!?
my legs mebarssce me i think they are big and with summer comming up id like to wear skirts and what not and im starting college soon im a female is that makes a diffrence

anyways what are some ways and exercises i can do to tone my legs and get them in shapeWww@Answer-Health@Com

no exercise you do will lose you just leg fat

spot reducing is a myth, your body loses fat in a predetermind way no matter what you do!.

woman tend to store fat on the leg area, and its also where fat will disapear last (as opposed to men who store fat in the belly area)

just go for a brisk walk or run and you will eventually lose some of that fat (it will probably be the last place to change though so sorry to upset you :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Squats (without or with weights)
side Leg Raises
Bicycle ( at least 20 mins for effectiveness)
Walking ( at least 20 mins as well, tones calves quickly)
If you have access to a gym do leg curls
Eliptical (at least 20 mins as well)

Drink plenty of water,walk fast or run if you can!.!.!.Do 30 minutes of aerobics 3,4 times a week,jump rope and cut down junk food,soda's and all the fattening stuff,eat fruits and vegetables!!.!.I don't think there's anything else to it!.!.anyway I wish you luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

and tensions bands
anythin that focuses on the hamstring and quadricep muscles, (thats the thighs and back of the leg)!.
or you can even try leg weights at the gym!.

Bicycle!. As much as you can!! It will do two things!. It will help tone your legs!. It will help you loose weight overall!. You leg muscles burn more fat than any other muscle group in your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

run, run and run some more!. When you aren't running, try some light squats at the gym!. Aim for the 12-20 rep range to dial in the tone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
