Im just a big ol' fatty! But really, ive already done a few things... still nothing?
Not really, but, you get it. Ok, ive tried some things to make me lose a few poundage. Ive limited snacks, and ive basicly cut out soda completely, but yet, im not seeing much. Im 16, 5'10, and about 180. Now, some of that weight comes from my legs, which are pretty powerful, being from playing hockey all my life. But, I still have a gut, which i wanna get rid of.... What else do i have to do?
Answers:
Drink a lot of water. A lot of people mistake being thirsty for being hungry. If you are eating when you are actually just thirsty, then you are packing on extra pounds.
Also, don't eat unless you are hungry. I know that sounds obvious, but if you really pay attention to your body's signals, you will know if you actually need to eat or if you are just eating for fun.
Finally, exercise more. Try to lead a more active lifestyle in general. Park far away every time you go to the store so that you have to walk further to get inside.
Just be more active and stop eating so much. It isn't that complicated.
