Man how friken long it take to get a 6 pack?!


Question: Man how friken long it take to get a 6 pack!?
But i been doing 4 sets of citups 60 on each one and 4 sets of 20 for a different abs exercise every day!. Sometime I might not do them but if i dont i do them next day!. But i been doing abs exercises for like 2 months now!. I got 2 pack then it got better looking 2 pack but when will 4 and 6 pack show!? I thoughti t takes 2 months to get a 6!.
I want to have a good body!. I go to gym to get other muscles but i do abs at home!. U think its because of my 19% bodyfat!? I am 128 just have bodyfat because i used to eat at night frequently!. I never been much overweight thou!. My max weight i reached b4 was 140 but i lowered it to 128!. How long it take for 6!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body fat percent is slightly high to have a 6 pack (depending on your body type)!. Athletes have about 6%-13% body fat!. I would try cutting all fats and empty carbs like bread out of your diet, and add more protein and fiber!. Eat lots of tuna and greens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all eating at night does not make you gain weight, this is a common misconception, calories are calories no matter what time yu eat them, you gain and lose weiht over a long period of time not by th day!.
sencondly, you need to strengthen yourlower back muscles along with your abs, this will make your abs stronger!. You also should add wieght to your ab workouts!. Without wieght they will not get bigger, they will just get leaner!.
thirdly, you will probably have to get under 15% body fat before you see a significant 6 pack!.

You have to increase your protein, fiber and complex carbs to get the six pack!. No junk food or you cant get the 6 pack!. Also lay off the hormone milk ( make sure if you drink it go organic) if your drinking that and also energy drinks!. You would be suprised what they put in that crap!. Nothing with high fructose corn syrup!.

If your completely clean and doing sit ups right then you shouldnt have a problem in about 90 days if your doing it every day!. youtube ab workouts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah man, males need 10% body fat or less to have a six pack revealed!. No matter how much you bulk them from situps, you can't see them with that layer of fat!

To burn fat, do ATLEAST 20 minutes of cardio a few times a week!. (20 because everything up until 20 just burns what's in your stomach, after 20 mins your body knows you mean buisiness and goes to town on your fat reserves)!.
