There is one sure fire way to get the look that everyone wants and its simple and yet incredibly difficult!. You have to be intense, There are no magic moves or supplements!. You have to be intense in your workouts, intense and resolute in your diet(make sure every meal has high quality protein and fiber in it), and intense about putting together a variety of routines that keep your muscles guessing!.

If you do the same thing week in and week out then your body will plateau!. You need to change it up every couple of weeks!. If a workout is easy then replace it with something difficult and as I already said bring the intensity every day and you will see results guaranteed!.

Just make sure you get some whey protein and quality multivitamin and the rest of the diet stuff is pretty mix and match!. The most important thing for diet is that you make sure you take in high quality protein within 30 minutes of your workout to help your muscles recover and avoid injury!.

I would also recommend a good stretching regimen and or yoga which I have found helps immensely with strength, flexibility and not getting injured!. One last piece of advice is that you always always always warm up before you workout if your muscles are cold you are more prone to injury and won't get the same quality results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you don't need shakes to gain muscle first off!. second off tone is a funny way of saying how good your muscles look with a low body fat percentage!. third off deadlifts, squats, and benchpress are the essential three workouts you should do to build serious muscle any other little things you want to specialize such as bi-ceps just curl once and a while!. if you are skinny like you can eat as much as you want and won't gain weight then you need double or triple your calorie intake to build muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
