How do you lose 10 pounds ?!


Question: How do you lose 10 pounds !?
I no longer smoke( quit on Feb 29th) and have put on about 10 lbs!. I have always been slim until this!. I have no desire for a cig!. but love to cook and eat southern food(from scratch) I walk over a mile a day and bought slim fast for 2 weeks and salads!.Will that do the trick!? I am not eating much now!. Very tempting at family cook outs!. Ideas welcome!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Forget Slim Fast!. It's not natural to drink your meals!. Your body wants to eat! If you eat more than your body can burn off, it will be stored as fat, so eat what you need and your weight should drop back down!. You better eat at family cookouts, by the way, because if you don't you're going to get very resentful and frustrated!. Here is how I lost weight (15 pounds) and keep it off!. I eat almost anything I want, but I don't overeat!. I don't let myself get too full!. I make sure I eat healthy, which means some fruit and a vegetable or two everyday!. I don't eat too many cookies, but I do eat cookies!. I walk at the mall during bad weather, I do exercise videos, take my dogs for walks, walk on the nature trails, anything that gets me moving and that I find fun!. Working out a little bit -- like two or three days a week, because I'm very busy -- gives me that extra boost so that I don't worry if I do overeat from time to time because I know I'm doing everything I can!. If you like statistics, there are 3,500 calories in one pound of fat, so if you want to lose one pound per week, you have to cut out 500 calories per day!. If you cut back a little bit on sugar, cut your portions down just a bit, and exercise when you can, in a couple of months you should be back to where you were!. Don't get obsessive about it, because I learned the hard (and fat) way that that makes me very angry and makes me want to rebel and eat a whole batch of chocolate chip cookies, which I've been known to do a time or two!. Be patient, and congratulations on quitting smoking! That's way healthier than those extra 10 pounds, so don't be too hard on yourself!. If you get too down or frustrated, you can email me!. Never fails = Only consume 1,200 calories a day or less ! Minor exercises or walk 1/2 mile a day , and eat 5 times a day ; 240 calories each time ! Of course water too !. You can mix a tablespoon full of vinegar with each glass of water will help burn the calories !Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep a food diary where you write down everything you eat, and use this to figure out your calorific intake!. This must be less than your requirement, but loss will be greatly helped if you take regular exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day
green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day!.
do not snack
do not eat 6 meals a day, try to only eat 3
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat!.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
eat spicy food, if you can because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )
