Question: I need to lose weight (BET)!?
ok it goes like this me and my mama and my sister in law have a beat going!. The bet is whoever loses the most weight in 3 months well when $100 dollars now i want to when!. So i need anything that will help like diets, food, soups!. excerises anything will help!. please no stupid answers!. thxWww@Answer-Health@Com

Ok let me just tell you because that one guy that said to eat 500 calories a day, is just plain wrong!. I know how to do this because this is the way that I have been dieting for a little over a year now and have lost 50 pounds!.
You need to at least eat 1200 calories a day but no more than 1500! You can pretty much eat whatever you want just as long as you don't exceed 1500 calories!. If you like sodas make sure that you drink "diet" ones because the regular ones are just empty calories that you will be taking in that you can spend in other amount of food!. This has worked wonders on me!. I used to weigh 180 pounds and now I am down to 130 to 131 it just depends on what time of day that I weigh myself :) I hope you when the money!
