Question: Is rollerblading good for calves!? *Any* specific exercise(s) for calves!?
Heard spinning (cycling) and rollerblading is great for legs, especially building your calves!. Is this true and also, any other suggestions for building nice female calves!? I don't want mega calves like a man's!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Rollerblading is good, but cycling is great for building calves!. Everyone's answers are correct here, but if sounds as if you don't have any calves, so I don't think you should worry about building she-man calves!. Although calf raises don't work for me, it could work for you being that everyone's body is different!. Make sure you stretch the gastroc muscle before any exercise!. Stretching this muscle diminishes any after-exercise calf pain!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Doing calf raises or jumping for several minutes is better than hours of rollerblading!. You won't get calves like a man if you don't weigh like a man!. Your muscles won't get big if you're not big yourself!. Also, calves are the hardest thing to work for a lot of people so you don't just accidentally get big calves!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, that is good!. You can also hold weights in your hands and stand with feet shoulder-width distance apart!. Then slowly rise up onto your toes, pause for 2 seconds and lower back down!. Keep repeating that!. Stretch calves out afterwards!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
