Question: Help with summer weight lose!?!!?!!?
I need some help on ways to lose weight this summer before school starts in September!.

I'm 15 && I currently weigh around 140!.

I want to get down to about 120-125!.

I really want to lose weight this summer and go back to school looking great and feeling confident!.

If you can help me out, i'd really appricate it!.

Also,
I also need help on what foods i should eat, and what foods i shoudn't!.

&& how many calories i should eat a day!.

Determine your daily calorie intake!. Exercise alone won't make you lose weight if you're still taking in more calories than you burn!. However emm, eating less and exercising more will only decrease your resting metabolic rate, which accounts for roughly 60-80 percent of daily calorie expenditure!. Therefore you should exercise harder and eat more protein dense, clean foods; making your calories burned not too far off from your calories taken in will raise your metabolism and allow you to burn fat effortlessly!. Thus, losing the weight at a healthy rate!.

Write down all the things you eat on a typical day!. Carry a small notebook with you and write down every snack, every drink, and the contents of every meal!. There are also calorie tracking websites that can help you to do this, for example the US government website, My Pyramid Tracker!.
Do an itemized calorie count!. When possible, write down the number of calories in each thing you eat as you eat it!. Keep in mind that the recommended serving size is often considerably smaller than the serving you actually eat!. Look up the calorie count on the internet for foods that don't have calories listed on the container or for fast food meals!. You don't have to be 100% accurate, but you do want a good estimate of the number of calories you're taking in!. Reducing 500 calories per day from the calories you eat to maintain your weight can help you lose a pound of fat per week!.

Go over the list and decide which foods to cut out or reduce!. Look at the nutritional information for the foods you eat, pay special attention to your intake of saturated fats and empty calories (high-sugar foods)!. You don't need to cut these things out entirely, but if you reduce your intake of high-fat, high-calorie foods you'll lose weight faster!.

After evaluating, look ahead to next week and try your best to stick to your plan!.

Eliminating soft drinks from your diet would be extremely helpful as they are empty calories!. I tell people to increase their fiber intake to lose weight!. It helps fill you up with less calories than other things!. If you tend to get hungry at night a fiber supplement such as metamucil can be taken to surpress appetite (its kinda gross but it's a cool trick that works well)!. Also I would tell you to cut down on your carbs and maybe increase your protein and vegetable intake!. Pick up an active hobby such as swimming or playing a sport!. Try to do cardio every day!. Get into a routine so this stuff becomes second nature it will make it a lot easier!. If you go running get a good mp3 player and headphones as it will make the time go by quicker!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

NO sugars (including sugar from fruit), chips, sodas (unless it's a diet soda) fattening foods, fried foods, or any junk food, period!!! eat lean meats like chicken breast and fish or egg whites even!. eat your carbs for breakfast in the form of oat meal or cream of wheat!. you can have some carbs at lunch too, but not much and none for dinner!. lunch should either be a healthy sandwhich or a little bit of brown rice and chicken or fish!. dinner chicken or fish and veggies!. if you're hungry in between meals and want a snack, have an egg white or two!. seriously, learn how to portion your meals!. pay attention here: eat until you are no longer hungry--NOT until you're full!. you'll learn the difference if you pay close attention!. The reason people lose weight on weight watchers is because they portion your meals for you and reduce the fat!.!.!.so, why not learn to do it yourself!? if you're looking more for a number to hit, then reduce your maintainance calories by 500 per day!. Stick to this for a while!.!.!.you'll get used to eating like this!. Your stomach will shrink and after a while and also, you'll feel disgusted when you eat the foods you were used to eating before!.

what a healthy sandwhich is considered to be is something like this (it's what i eat) turkey on wheat with just lettuce, tomato and very light on may or none at all!. you can add pickles and stuff, but i just personally don't like them!. but don't go adding cheese or anything like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
