My doctor tells me i need to lose 1 - 2 lbs every week, now, i know how to eat right, you know, cut down the soda, junk food and eat what you really need (fruits and veggies). i got that all down, but...

what kind of exercise should i use?? i want nice abs, no more flabby arms and slimmer legs, help please! thanks.


Answers:

just jogging place 1 hour every day or jumping rope. that is good for the whole body. try it you will notice very good differences. drink a lot of water of course. do that for a slim body and put more specific target exercise for tone up.
