Question: Skinny,expose shoulder blade or scapula bone disapearing!?
as said im a skinny person and im trying to follow a diet and do some exercice!.since i do home exercice for now i tought about basing my self in parts of my body which i would like a change teh fastest which in this case is my back sinse i have a way to expose bone called scapula or shoulder blade which i gues is a lack in a back muscle mu question is which muscle should i work on to make them bigger or however so tahtmy scapula aint so expose anymore and if posible what exercices should i do(remember that i do home exercice and also have some dumbells,but cant do barbell or bench =!.!.(Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your shoulder blades sticking out could also be because of muscle weakness (rhomboids, lower trapezius and splenius) and tightness (serratus anterior and pectoralis minor) which results in your shoulder blades being pulled away from the midline which causes them to stick out!. Exercises that can help fix this are YTWL, db lat pullovers, pull ups, db bent row, shrugs, upright rows as well as some stretches for your chest etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your shoulder blades stick out, that means your trapezius is weak!. You can strengthen it by doing exercises that involve moving your shoulders up and down, or pressing your shoulder blades together and then away from each other!.
