I have it with two whole wheat breads in the morning, glass of milk, apple!.
My spreads are little thick also!. To be specific it says 180 calories per 2 tea spoons and 120 calories from fat!. Its organic also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is a great question!. I used to always ponder about this when I was either purchasing or eating peanut butter!. Firstly, it's excellent that you are eating organic peanut butter; I personally eat the Jiff brand!. The thing you want to watch out for that makes peanut butter unhealthy is how much added oil, for instance partially hydrogenated soybean oil, they put in it!. Since you eat organic, I am assuming that there are not any added oils!. The reason why there are so many calories is because peanuts are loaded with good fats that are great for the body!. So, as far as peanut butter, do not be afraid to eat it!. But, at the same time, watch for how much you consume!. It sounds like your portion of peanut butter for breakfast sounds fine, so you should not worry!. The "calories from fat" look scary because of the amount of good fats!. Yes peanuts on a whole are fattening but there are also a great source of protein but too much is not good!. if you have it in the morning thats a great breakfast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
