Eat a lot of fruits ( no mangoes and banana ) and vegetables!. They are low in calories and healthy and make u feel full for a long time!.
Have complex carbs like wheat!.
drink only skimed milk if u want to!.
Avoid cheese and butter!.
u can have peanut butter sometimes!.
AVOID RICE, FRIED FOOD, SWEETS!.
Drink half glass of water before ur meal and AVOID water for half an hour after the meal!.
It help in digestion and can reduce waistline!.
if u want to have sweet , eat a smalllll piece of darrrrrrrrk chocolate!. (small, very very very small !)
do running or brisk walking for at least 5 times a week!.

While I suppose it is possible to lose so drastically, I don't know why you'd want to, in the long run!. In the long run, weight lost slowly (10 pounds or LESS) per month is going to stay off, especially if you stick to your healthy eating habits once you reach your goal!. If your plan is to quickly starve yourself for a couple of months and then go on as if nothing ever happened, you'll be right back at your current weight pronto!.

The only successful weight loss plan is one where you eat healthy food (not a fad diet where you eliminate a particular food group), and you start to exercise!. Exercise is extremely important, and it's a mistake commonly made to only do one type of exercise!. It is crucial to do cardio AND strength training!. If you have more muscle tissue, you will have a higher metabolism!. IT takes more energy to maintain a muscular body than it does to maintain a body that has less muscle tissue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well this is actualy extreem for any one!. unless you are about 100 pounds over weight thats nearly impossable!.
you can look 15 pounds ()healthy way) if you are a man willing to eat 1900 cal a day, and exersize 1 hour arobic a day!.
if you are a lady then you can loose 14 pounds a mounth ( healthy way) if you are 100 pounds over weight if you eat 1700 cal a day and exersize 1 hour a day!.

if you are under 100 pounds over weight you wont loose more than 16 pounds in a month!.

it is very important to eat healthy full means through the day!
exersize for your heart (it will pay you back, in the long term and fast results)
and hydrate yourself!.

if you dont have enought water in your system your bad will want to keep everything because its a natrial prosses!. so drink ALOT OF WATER!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, here is what is currently working for me and has worked for me in the past!. I'm doing this right now to lose weight for my wedding in January!. In 3 weeks i've lost 12 pounds and 16 inches!.

The diet:

I've modified a version of "the grapefruit diet" This is one of those fad diets, but is actually good if you modify it to make it something you can stick with your entire life and think of as a healthy lifestyle change instead of a quick fix!.

Breakfast:
eggs (for healthier choice, use eggbeaters, or cut out the number of yolks)
bacon (again, for healthier options, use turkey bacon)
unsweetened grapefruit juice
water

Lunch
salad
lean meat
unsweetened grapefruit juice
water

Dinner
same as lunch

Snacks
fresh fruits or veggies
healthy cereal with skim milk (i love special k red berries)

NOTES: This is essentially a low carb diet if you follow it strictly!. i modified to add back healthy carbs from fruits and such!. I also try to balance low fat with low carb!. You MUST drink lots of water!.!.!.at least 8 8 oz!. glasses a day, but the no calorie sweetners are wonderful to help that!. Try to switch to skim milk if you have not done so already!. Promise butter is a great choice, and get some cooking sprays!. Try to cut out all soda, even diet!. I eat spinach instead of lettuce for my salads because it has much more nutritional value!. Try new things, my favorite source of protein right now is tilapia!. Mustard has no calories, no fat, and no carbs!.!.!.use it to dip your salad in sometimes instead of dressing!.

You are supposed to go off the diet every 13th and 14th day!. While ON the diet, stay away from refined sugars and white potatoes, white bread, white pastas, and such!.

EXCERCISE:
I was pretty out of shape, so I've built up on excercise slowly and do things I like!. I work from 4:30 til 1 in the morning so I get my lunch around 8:30!. I eat my meals on my breaks and walk during my lunch outside!. The terrain isn't level, I have some hills, and it's beautiful outside right now!. I walk about half an hour at least 3 times a week!. I hike every Sunday with my fiance!. During that day, we are less concerned about excercise and pace, and more concerned about enjoying the outside!. We walk sooo much longer that way!. I also am going to be swimming when it's warmer and adding tennis and pilates!.

The important thing about excercise to remember is that you need to find something you enjoy and not something you view as a chore!. You are more likely to stick with it that way!. AND adding any extra activity will help!.!.!.simply parking your car further away or taking the stairs!.

Im on this diet where you cant eat sugar, wine, beer, yorgort, bannanas, potatoes, breads/ baked goods and flour!. for the first 4 weeks!. you can have a tennis ball size of pasta and rice once a week!. you can eat everything else!. i lost like 6 lbs in a week!. it works if this sounds like something youd like email me and i will send you the plan!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It really isnt healthy to lose that much weight that fast!. Those are usually called crash diets!. Also it depends on how much you weigh now!.

But my best advice to you!.!.!.!.Excersize!. Running is so good for your body!. Not just your legs!. It helps with your cardiovascular system and all of your muscles!.

Combine that with healthy eating and youll be really suprised at how fast the weight comes off!. And youll feel great after every time you finish running!

Try walking, I was at a job that walked 8 hours a week and 12 weekends!. After a week I lost 10 pounds!. Walk as much as possible and try eating replacement foods like sandwiches and meduim rounded meals!. Good Luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
