How to tone legs, arms and abs?!

How to tone legs, arms and abs?
I don't really care about losing weight (I don't even own a scale) I just want to be a more muscular and toned, and don't know any good exercises/tecniques. Will accept anything from exercises to food... anything! All help is appreciated.

Drink lots of water, about 80 ounces per day. Diet a little not too much to worry about there. Get at least 30 minutes of cardio 3-5 times a week. Do your basic arm, leg, and ab workouts with just lighter weights at higher reps to get a toner look.
