What's an easy and effective workout routine with an exercise ball?!
Question: What's an easy and effective workout routine with an exercise ball!?
I just had a baby 5 months ago and my body is, well not exactly in shape anymore!.!.!.!. I want to get back into shape using the exercise ball I just bought!. What are some things to do that will help me to tone my tummy, sides, hips, legs and arms!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well you wouldnt believe this but stand up with your legs slightly bent and hold the ball out in front of you and then make giant ABCs (starting from above your head to the floor, then thighten the letters up as you get better) !. Sorry I dont have the link but if you google mitch gaylord and the gball !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. that is a wonderful exercise with medicine ball!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
