I'm 5'4 and weigh 161 and I'm stuck?!


Question: I'm 5'4 and weigh 161 and I'm stuck!?
I'm on weight watchers and i excerisze 5 days a week for one hr a day and i lift weights!. im in spin 3 days and jog 2 days!. I stiwch between weight watchers and a diet plan where you dont eat bread goods, beer, wine, yorgort, banannas, sugar!. thats how i got over my last platue!. but i need help!. i started at 208lbs in may 07, my short term goal is 150lbs but id like to get to 135-140lbs!. I am 5'6 and in may of 06 I weighed 260!. I weigh 140 now!. I drink a gallon of water a day and I eat more slowly!. I stop eating when I am full!. If there is food left so be it!. I eat whatever I want, whenever I want!. I just refuse to wolf my food and I no longer force myself to finish " that last little bit" I drank a lot of soda, but with all that water I don't want them anymore!. those fad diets (no high carb products) are horable for your diet! once you go off of that your body will go into overload and you will end up gaining the weight you lost back by 45% or more!.
heres what you should do!.

1(if you have nsurance) get a dietican
2 drink water, and take some fish oil!.
3 lift weights!. you got good cardio going!. key rule:muscle burns fat 100% of the time!. if you do weights your body will become a fat burning machine!.
4 eat 5 small meals!.
6 get in all of your vitamins and acides!
7 eat when your hungry, and stop when you dont feel the food in your tummy!
fun trick i use with that!.!.!. notice when you start slowing down wile eating, thats part of stopping!. once you notice you slowed down then stop!

Ok, same here!

I'm the same height, and same weight!. I've been back on WW since October 07, and I'm not losing any weight!. The best thing you can do is get yourself a tape measure!

I use http://www!.thedailyplate!.com and track my measurements there (they pop it on a chart for you, and I'm a visual person) I take my measurements about every 2 weeks or so!.

My trainer told me my weight isn't changing because I'm gaining muscle and losing fat (we all know muscle weighs more!)

You need to shock your body, by being on a diet your body becomes accustomed to what your eating,, pick one day out of the week and splurge, eat whatever you want but dont go overboard!. Do this on a weekly basis and keep up with the diet and excercise, you'll get to your goal in no time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try walking, I was at a job that walked 8 hours a week and 12 weekends!. After a week I lost 10 pounds!. Walk as much as possible and try eating replacement foods like sandwiches and meduim rounded meals!. Eat 3-4 times a day with energy foods, vitamens, and no beer!. Good Luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

For your next two meals, add a serving of carbs and a peice of fruit(i!.e!. 1 apple) to your meal!. Then back to your normal diet!. Your weight will go up a few lbs because of the carbs but then it'll come back down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Trust me it is not a fad diet or crash diet but a proper one with balanced nutrition :-
Drink green tea!. fastest way to lose weight healthyly!.
Experts and researchers say that 5 cups of green tea is a magic number to weight loss!.
Eat a lot of fruits ( no mangoes and banana ) and vegetables!. They are low in calories and healthy and make u feel full for a long time!.
Have complex carbs like wheat!.
drink only skimed milk if u want to!.
Avoid cheese and butter!.
u can have peanut butter sometimes!.
AVOID RICE, FRIED FOOD, SWEETS!.
Drink half glass of water before ur meal and AVOID water for half an hour after the meal!.
It help in digestion and can reduce waistline!.
if u want to have sweet , eat a smalllll piece of darrrrrrrrk chocolate!. (small, very very very small !)
do running or brisk walking for at least 5 times a week!.
enjoy swimming, sports and have an active life , not of a couch potato !.!.!.

Have egg white with brown bred for breakfast!.
have breakfast heavy, midium lunch and light dinner!.
It is welly divide, bcoz u need most of the energy at the start of the day and need the minimum in the night!.!.!.!.
Finally, dont lose hope and dont expect miracles to happen in a night's time!.
