How to burn 350 cals.! HELP, 10 pnts!?!


Question: How to burn 350 cals!.! HELP, 10 pnts!!?
Well i was hoping on only have about 1,250 calories today, but ended up getting to 1,485!.!.!.it isn't THAT bad besides the fact that most of these calories came from a sugar free pudding, 100 cal!. packs, and this weirdly good whole wheat cinnamon bread!.
Anyways!.!.!.how can i burn 350 calories today before the nights up!?
I was going to walk my dog for one hour, then treadmill on speed 3 for another hour!.
I am 5'9 and either 133 or 134 pounds!.!.15 yrs old!.
How many cal!. will i burn with those two exercises!?
And what else should i do!?

Think of it this way, you're only 235 calories above what you are normally used to!. Dont worry too much about losing those 200 calories!. Drink some Green or Oolong tea to boost your metabolism and then take your dog for a walk for an hour, jogging with it every so often!. Then drink a glass of ice cold water before bed! That should be enough to make you feel better before bed! I am totally dead serious!! and then continue tomorrow with your goal of 1250!.
if it helps, i was on this strict calorie diet until i realized that i almost never eat more than 1600 a day (which is my max intake of calories per day) so i dont count anymore, and just do cardio everyday!.

It sucks, but running at 6mph (10 minute miles) for 35 minutes will burn 350 calories!. If you walk your dog at a fast pace for an hour, you should burn about 75 calories per mile and at about 3-3!.5 mph pace, thats about 225-250 calories!. It burns more calories to walk outside on rougher terrain, but if you're going to do it on the treadmill, I would set the incline up a bit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

walk three and a half miles!. So if you do a treadmill on 3!.5 for an hour, or on 3 for about an hour and ten minutes, you should burn 350 calories!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't need to do both!.
The dog walk for an hour would burn about 300 or so!.
The treadmill for an hour would burn about 300 too!. I suggest choosing one or you wont get time to relax before bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Run 2!.5 miles!. That should do it and you can do it in under 30 minutes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
