Answers:
Depends how much you eat honestly!.

If you eat 1500 calories a day you should be burning at least or more than that to lose weight!. Just doing cardio is not going to help you either!.

You need to strength train and tone your body because muscles use more calories than fat!.

You have to burn 3500 more calories than you eat to lose one pound in one day because thats how many calories are in one pound of fat!.

good luck i hope that helped!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It will help!

Eventually you may have to do more (because more people plateau when losing wieght)!.

Don't forget people burn calories just doing everday things!. As long as you aren't bed ridden every hour except for the one at the gym you are probably burning a few hundred calories!.

That site lets you enter in normal day activites under exercise, try it out just to get an idea how many calories you might be burning!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, as long as your are doing different exercises!. You need to do cardio as well as strength train!. Cardio, though, is where you're going to burn fat!.

The average person burns about 2000 calories everyday just to stay alive!. You need to calculate your basal metabolic rate and your resting metabolic rate!. It varies from gender, to age, to lifestyle!. There are online calculators than can give you an approximate number to work with!. This will help you plan how many calories to eat and how many you should be burning at the gym!.

Eating less than you burn plus exercise will result in weight loss!. Healthy weight loss is about 1-2 pounds A WEEK!. Not a day!.

Make sure you eat regularly!. Small, healthy meals will keep your metabolism humming along!. Do not skip meals or wait too long in between them!.

Good luck to you!. Don't get discouraged!. It takes a while to see results so keep at it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
