Question: My sister and I am making a workout plan, I need some good effective exercises!?
We are going to run a mile, pushups, cruches, and other things I don't feel like listing, 3-4 times a week!.

What are some really effective exercises for your legs/thighs!?

Medicine ball!.!. stand with your legs bent ball in front of you and then make large ABCs in the air starting above your head and going to the floor!. Make letters smaller to work different muscles!.

Get through the alphabet one time and let me know how you did!. I about died the first time I did it!.
It works arms, shoulders, butt, legs, claves, CORE !. Its fab! If you get bored with the alphabet you can google gball by mitch gaylord!. His work out is amazing as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
