Ok people,my question is How to lose 70 lbs in a faster time?
Im 5'2 and my weight now is 206lbs,I have 3 kids,ages 4,2 and 7 months so all my kids are still young and alot of my neighbors suggest going to walk,but hello I cant go out with three little ones and the baby never lets me work out,I guess shes teething so crys too much but anyways I have a pretty face and Im a thick woman and my ideal weight should be anywhere between 101-136 lbs because right now I am considered Obese(yuck).I used to weight 135 before my kids and gained all the weight with my 1st pregnancy,after that I couldnt lose it anymore,so please what better way to lose weight besides the need to go out jogging or anything thaT kids wont let me do.

Ok, I had this problem before and now I resolved it. Here are some tips I used that helped. First, you must eat in moderation, which means you should eat till you're NOT HUNGRY. Eat more greens and the leafy ones are the best as they contain fibers. Since you cannot take walks, i suggest you walk up and down the stairs a few times every day. Stand on one feet while brushing your teeth. You'll find that your legs are stronger and you'll feel fitter. Try to go on a vegetarian fast and obtain proteins from beans, say baked beans. Hope this'll help!!
