How do you lose tow inches in your hips ASAP?!

How do you lose tow inches in your hips ASAP?

i weigh 130and need to lose two inces on my hips, any reccomendations on meal plans or excersizes to help me shed a few inhes ASAP?


Answers:

cut out immediately all fats (except good ones, like olive oil, sesame oil, or canola oil). No sugar only natural fruit sugar, and all red meat (for now, add a little back later) eat salads with olive oil and lemon juice, steamed, broiled, boiled, baked or grilled fish and chicken breasts (skinnless)..
while eating vegetables, try to eat a rainbow, ie: as many different varieties and colors to ensure a balanced diet of vitamins and minerals
drink plenty of water
exercise: butt walks... sit on non carpet floor and walk yourself using your leggs, like scooting across floor, this will tone your but and thighs
do donkey kicks, get on all fours and kick a leg out backwards a few times, and do other leg,
do dog pee move: again on all fours and kick leg out sideways like a dog on a firehydrant, do several times and change legs.. ..
lay on floor on side. keep both legs straight out down, then lift the top leg up about 5 inches, lower it slowly to meet the bottom leg on the floor, but just before you touch, raise it up again (dont allow top leg to actualy meet/touch bottom leg) do this several times then change..
all these help to tone the butt and thighs..
