Supplements depend on your own personal fitness goals!. Are you trying to become a professional bodybuilder!? Proper diet is always important but supplement wise most take:
1) Pre-workout formula usually containing Arginine which is used for vasodiolation along with a creatine supplement!. I recommend Kre-Alkalyn Creatine because it is not only the safest but the most absorbable form of creatine!.
2) A Post-Workout Protein supplement, one that is low in carbs, fats, and calories!.
3) A weight gainer if your goals is to get seriously huge
4)Amino Acid supplements; only if you are training to become a professional because if you are not your will just be wasting your money because most post-workout protein powders are supplied with your BCAAs and other Amino Acids!.
5) Testosterone Pre-Curser, look for one that has an Estrogen inhibitor or blocker, one with a cortisol blocker is also important but may be tough to find!. Try P6 from Cellucor

*Do your own research before taking things that you may not need!. Don't take anything that you may have read about in a magazine but don't really know what it does to you!. Most advertisements are just that, advertising their product, don't get sold!Www@Answer-Health@Com

labrada super charge before i workout (it has a lot of caffiene for quick energy and nitric oxide for muscle "pumps) and immediately after i workout New whey Liquid protein (its basically a shot for 42 g of protein)Www@Answer-Health@Com
