A "health" juice shouldnt have added sugars!.!.!. or really whats the point of classing it as healthy!? The only sugars the juice should have is natural sugars from the fuit!. You should look on the label for wether it says "added sugars" or not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
% sugar!?!?
Ussually they list Sugar in Grams per serving!.
I don't like Aspartame and Sucralose, so I go with all natural juices, and then generally have between 25g and 35g of sugar per serving!.
If the juice is real juice (at least 50% real fruit juice) then most of that is natural fruit sugars, which is much better than processed sugars!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Juice should not have added sugar!. Look at the ingredients!. If lists sugar or corn-syrup as a separate ingredient from "juice", don't buy it next time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Check to see if that's processed sugar, or sugar from fruit on the ingredients labelWww@Answer-Health@Com
