Answers:
not eating the next day isnt balancing out your body!!!

your far from over weight so my advice is eat between 2000 - 2500 calories a day!.

You can break the starvation mode by eating a healthy , breakfast, lunch and dinner!. Also healthy snacks inbetween!.
Eat your 5 fruit and veg a day and 8 glasses of water!.

If your having takeaway eat healthy the next day and just dont have it to often!.

Regular exercise with also help you maintain your weight!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well first of all, you being only 15 and having only 1500 calories isn't good to begin with!. You're still growing and don't need to worry about calorie restriction just yet!. You're almost 6 feet tall and only 125!? That's not healthy, you need to gain some weight!

For an adult male of your height, healthy weights are:
small frame 146 - 157
medium frame 154 - 166
large frame 161 - 184!.

And if you have take away, you wont eat the next day!?!? At all!?!? That is NOT balancing it out!. Think of your body as a car, it needs fuel to move every day!. If you arne't feeding it, you can't function!.

I think you have food issues that should be addressed with a therapist or something, and soon! Or simply learn about the human body and nutrition!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
