How many pounds can i lose on a 1 week grapefruit diet?!


Question: How many pounds can i lose on a 1 week grapefruit diet!?
im a 17 yr old boy who currently weighs 219 pounds ive so far gone down from 258 pounds and my heights 5-8 to 5-9!.i want to start a 1 week grapefruit diet on Monday and i wanted to know about how many pounds can i lose doing this!.i know lots of people say its bad and everything and that your depriving the body of sufficient nutrients but i still want to do it!.and after i get through it i will slowly start eating healthy food again!.so does anyone know about how much weight can i lose doing it!.thanks alot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, people are right!. I do a boxing work-out, not so much of sparing but more of boxing fittness excercises!. I lost 20 kgs in flat three month's time (and I am maintaining it which is more difficult)!. There is no need to starve yourself!. If you excercise with lot of warm clothing on, you will lose faster!. That's what boxers do to lose weight quickly!. Eat small meals 12-13 times a day!. That will "NEVER" make you feel hungry because when you "FEEL HUNGRY"; you tend to eat more!. With crash diet, you will lose but the chances are you will gain as faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dont do it! I did a grapefruit and egg diet for one week a few years ago to lose pounds for my hols!. I lost the weight but couldnt go on holiday cos I was that ill! Your best bet is doing a soup diet cos there isnt acid in the soup!. My fave is a basic veg soup or a really tasty alternative is broccoli soup!. Basically its broccoli, veg stock, half a teaspoon of curry powder (it does make a difference!)!. Cook it until you can stick a knife in the broccoli then stick it in a blender and there you have it! At least with soup you are getting your nutrients, its healthy and with veg there are minimal calories in it!. Take it from a diet professional (ie ive been on every diet in the book) the soup diet is excellent and you can vary the recipies so you dont get bored!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
