Help ..my flab!?!


Question: Help !.!.my flab!!?
i have a 20 month old!.!.!.i bearly have time at home(though a stay at home mom)and i cant drive(to gym)i had a fairly flat tummy without xcersisng ,till i got prego!.!.now i have a pot belly which looks iam 4 month prego all the time!.!.!.!.i always worried bout big bums!.!.but now this new flab is more disgusting which makes my lower body BIG!i wanna b a sexy,loving!.!.mom and wife!.!.!.please help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, don't be hard on yourself!. You are probably already a sexy loving mom and wife flat belly or not!. Second, and I know this sounds a little harsh, but you make time for the things that are important to you!. When you get tired enough of it (which can take a while sometimes) you will do what you need to to loose a little weight!. Pick an excercise you like and stick to it!. Before long you will be loving the way you look!. Don't neglect your diet either!. Watch portions, sugar, sodas etc!. Most of the time people know what they should do, it just isn't easy (especially with the added stress of taking care of babies:) Also, get your beauty sleep!. Sleep works wonders for the body!. If you aren't getting enough you will feel more stressed and less ready to handle change-like the kind of changes that come with diet and excercise!. Make up your mind to make a change and well before 20 months you will notice a difference!. Hang in there and don't get discouraged:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do skipping and cycling excise u will get proper shape to your body and even do abdomen and lads excise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
