How many calories do I need to burn / reduce per day to lose weight slowly?!


Question: How many calories do I need to burn / reduce per day to lose weight slowly!?
I am about 125 lb and 161 cm tall, and female!.
I usually take in about 2000 calories a day, I'm guessing!. (I eat a fair bit)!.

Approximately how many calories do I need to burn or not intake in order for me to lose about 1 lb per week!?
