Question: Please rate my food intake/exercise today!?
1/3 cup of almonds
1 medium apple
1 piece of multigrain bread
1/2 small chicken breast
1/2 cup greek salad
2 cups frozen raspberries
3/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
1 fat-free skinny latte from starbucks
3/4 can of Monster Assault (approx 75 cals)
1 snack-size Matcha Green Tea Smoothie from Booster Juice

I am going to Intense Kickboxing now for 2 hours, (burning approx!. 1500 calories) and walking to and from it (about a 20 min!. walk both ways)

Is this good!? Today was a cheat day, which is why I had the Monster and Latte, otherwise I wouldn't have had those!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think that if you're overweight & doing this to shed pounds fast you definately are on the right track!. if you're already thin & trying to put on some lean muscle then you need to increase your protein intake & if you dont already take a multivitamin to be sure you're getting enough essential vitamins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

honestly, you probably did not eat enough today!. are you trying to lose weight!? becuase if not, you are probably going to if you exercise that much and don't consume enough calories to replace those burned!.!.!.also, this is not good for your body becuase you still need a certain amount of calories a day just for normal body functions, not counting those burned through exerciseWww@Answer-Health@Com
