Question: How do i ween my self of junk food and keep on a straight diet!?
i keep slipping i just dont think sometimes that am on a diet and i cant have any junk food!.!.!.so the other day my husband made him self a bacon sandwich his nice and slim he only ate half the sandwich and said did i want it me like a fool ate it!. but the thing is my kids do it to me is well i see them eating something nice and i want some!.!.!.my family wont eat diet food as my husband calls it he sits there in front of me eating apple pie and cream asking me do i want some but i do say no but when i start to slip on my diet its around meal times and in the evenings with my husband!.!.!.i dont half feel guilty after woulds when ive eaten junk food can someone help me please!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Let me tell you a story about myself!. I grew up in a household with a mother who is an anorexic!. I was never taught how to eat and subsequently all my life have over/undereaten and got fatter and thinner, and always had a hard time with it!. The last time I lost control of my weight I got terribly depressed!. However, I found one thing that has turned my entire life around - Weightwatchers!. Seriously! Going to weightwatchers definitely gives you the motivation you need!. I have tasty meals that are also low fat, full of vitamins, and there's plenty on your plate, and you can do them in a way that the non dieters can still eat the same meals, just make more! The meetings help you cope with people who try and ruin your diet (your family are bullying you and keeping you unhappy, which is very cruel) and they also teach you how to eat without having to eat tiny shop bought meals!. You can join online, and I tell you what, before when I was overeating, I would crave chocolate and cakes so much I'd make my boyfriend go to the garage at four am to get me some!. Now I don't even think about sweet things! Honestly! The addiction is gone!.

Sorry for writing so much, it's just, you have a bad relationship with food!. You are hating yourself, but you do the thing to yourself, eating too much, so you hate yourself more!. What you need is support (there is an online community with weightwatchers where everyone is so lovely!) and you need help!. You'll get it there!. who does the food shop If its you then STOP buying junk food and stop baking that apple pie next time they want desert give them fruit and make sure that fruit bowl is always full IT is hard but if you do not have junk food available then is out of sight out of mind good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well my friend Cuts her self everytime she eats something with more that 25 calories, I wouldn't tell you to do that what i would tell you to do is buy this really cool gadget (Can't remember the name soz) it's a personal electroshock device and program it to shock you when you eat fatty / junk foods (It works by counting your heart pulse, apperantly when your eating fast food you feel guilty and your heart rate will speed up and you sweat, don't know if that's true)

you should watch this movie i saw it has harrison ford and he gets shot in the head and for him to start talking again this one guy put a hole bunch of hot sauce in his food!.!. if u put so much hot sauce in your foood your not going to want to eat it anymore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
