Question:

Does anyone here do YOGA?

I have problems getting to sleep at night so I've decided to start working out when I think it's time to go to bed. That way I'll be able to sleep. So far my workouts just gave me more energy. But last night I tried yoga. It was great! I loved it, and got to sleep really easily afterwards.
I was wondering if Yoga helps with weight loss? I'll do it regardless, but I was just wondering. :D


Answers:

Short answer: yes.
Long answer: you need to do a more intense/aerobic yoga work out to have significant weight loss. Try power yoga, vinyassa yoga, kundalini yoga to get this kind of a workout. Still has the fabulous yoga poses and the relaxation at the end, but more sweating in the middle!
