Lose weight. Need protein. Corn biscuit or eggs?!

Question:

Lose weight. Need protein. Corn biscuit or eggs?

I am on diet now. I want to lose weight. I read an article telling me that protein in the eggs will make me feel full not hungry. However, every 100g of eggs has protein 12g, energy 594KJ and fat 10g. I bought a pack of corn biscuit. Every 100g of this corn biscuit has protein 10g, energy 1599KJ and fat 3g. They have the same amount of protein, but different amount of energy and fat. Before and after dinner, I still feel a little bit hungry. Should I eat egg or corn biscuit?
