Lose weight. Need protein. Corn crispbread or eggs?!

Question:

Lose weight. Need protein. Corn crispbread or eggs?

I am on diet now. I want to lose weight. I read an article telling me that protein in the eggs will make me feel full not hungry. However, every 100g of eggs has protein 12g, energy 594KJ and fat 10g. I bought a pack of corn crispbread. Every 100g of this corn crispbread has protein 10g, energy 1599KJ and fat 3g. They have the same amount of protein, but different amount of energy and fat. Before and after dinner, I still feel a little bit hungry. Should I eat egg or corn crispbread? Both Corn crispbread and eggs have sugar about 0.3g per 100g?

Answers:

The corn crispbread is probably loaded with simple carbs not whole grains, they are going to spike your insulin levels late at night just makes you stay up later. Go with the eggs, if you just need protein just take the egg whites and leave the yolk.
