Am I getting unhealthy?!


Question: Am I getting unhealthy!?
I stopped eating as much as I did because I dont eat when I'm unhappy!. I now only eat about once a day and its usually a half of a sandwhich or something small!. I lost seven pounds in a week!. i was 124 and now im 117!. im only 14 and i know my body changes from 1-5 pounds a day but still!. i was 120 saturday and 117 sunday and i just wonder if im getting to the point of unhealthyness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I agree, eating once a day is not healthy and the small amount of calories will catch up with you!. Take it from someone with experience!. I never got really bad but did see some complications!. Tingling in my chest, dizziness, tiredness, bloating (that's not fun by the way)!. I would get 8-9 hours of sleep and then, after only 8 hours of work, would come home so exhausted that I couldn't get off the couch!. Food is what fuels you!. Don't think it as your enemy!. The best thing you can learn is that by eating the right foods you will feel so much better and energetic!.
Definitely see your doctor and ask for help in designing a balanced diet!. He/She may refer you to a nutritionist which is a huge help! They will talk to you about what foods you like and help design an outline you can follow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, losing weight that fast isn't good!. But if you start eating normally again you'll gain that weight right back!. Exercise is the key to a healthy weight!. If you exercise you'll see your body demanding certain kinds of food that you would really need if you're gonna keep exercising!.

You know you are, eat small meals for the other 2 a day!.!.!.!.!.!.that is too much weight to loose in such a short time period, are you depressed!?!?!? did something else happen in you life!?!?

Yes, eating that little IS unhealthy!. It might be better to eat small meals, but regular!. That way it may satisfy your hunger needs, and you will lose weight!.

yes you are!. Are you trying to become anoerexic!? You should be eating at least three meals a day!. it sounds like your happy that your losing so much weight, but it's not good for you, and you can become seriously ill!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

of course u r unhealthy becoz u don't really eat
anorexia is a sickness of low-esteem
not only about being skinny
since u are happy about your weight loss u have to be even more careful
eat at least 3 normal meal a day
