I want to be healthy and loose weight?!


Question: I want to be healthy and loose weight!?
I know, crazy as it sounds, I want to do this the RIGHT way, forget the fads and such!. I am 19 y/o 147ish and 5'7''!. I'm a fairly active person *I find myself walking much of my day on this hill-y campus* My thought is that I eat 1200 cal per day and I have time to work out an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon/evening time!. Is this a good way to go about it!? any suggestions/criticism/encouragement would be greatly appriciated!. Thank you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat at least 4oz of protein a day eggs nuts chicken fish lean lean beef, eat as much vegetables as you want and limit your self to the lower sugar fruits a day 3 small servings a day!. Stay away from white bread and white rice and no pasta or cheese drink skim milk for calcium!. Also stay away from soda of any kind even diet!. The exercise sounds good hiking up hill is a really good workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
